I have it set up under 7475 as the HPGL would NEVER work, even though it's the default driver.
I've messed around with knife offset, carve quality and all the other available settings to no avail. I tried setting the "optimize cutting order" to 1 inch, it solves some of the issues but creates brand new ones. If anyone has a solution or just an opinion, I'd be very interested in hearing it.
